Training Center Overview

On the Training Center, you will have all the necessary tools you need to successfully scale through the program.

1. Learning Dashboard:
A central dashboard where you will find your training videos, PDFs, and reading documents, as well as assignments to complete and submit.

2. Course & Project Calendar:
A calendar displaying all past, present, and upcoming courses and projects that you are required to complete.

3. WinMingle Community Platform:
A private social platform where you can interact with fellow learners, collaborate on assignments, help each other solve problems, and reach out to a technical mentor throughout the programme.

4. Peer Learning Days:
Learners are grouped into teams of five every week to learn together and support one another in solving technical challenges. Group members change weekly to encourage collaboration.

5. Technical Mentorship:
Technical mentors will host a live session at least once every weekend to help learners understand concepts, solve weekly tasks, and complete assignments.
