1. Terms and Conditions

1.1. Introduction
Welcome to WinMingle. By accessing or using our platform, including participating in quiz competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1.2. Eligibility
- Usersless than 18 years old must register with the aid of adult (18 years and above), parent or guardian.
- All participants must register with accurate and complete information.
1.3. Account Registration
- Each user is entitled to one account only.
- Sharing of accounts or use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
1.4. Participation in Competitions
- Registration fee: ₦3,000
- Rewards:
- 🥇 Winmingle will be paying out 1-3million to the winners of the competition.
- Time-bound and governed by rules set for each contest.
1.5. Rewards and Payouts
- Payouts processed within One week after contest ends.
- Verification will be required to claim rewards.
1.6. Prohibited Activities
- No bots, cheats, or automation tools allowed.
- No account sharing or multi-accounting.
1.7. Intellectual Property
All content and design elements are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
1.8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Registration Fee Refunds
₦3,000 fee is non-refundable once registered. No refunds for user errors or disqualifications.
3.2. Failed Transactions
Refunds for failed payments processed within 2–5 business days.
3.3. Canceled/Postponed Competitions
If competition is cancelled, WinMingle is obligated to refund every registered memeber.
We will ensure that the competition always place at the stipulated date and time unless the minimum requirements for the competition to hold is not be met(rear occurrence) then the competition will be postponed for one week.
3.4. Reward Payout Issues
Contact support within 48 hours of winning. Late claims (after 30 days) may be rejected.
3.5. Fraudulent Behavior
No refunds or payouts will be processed for users flagged for cheating or violating winmingle policies.
